By: Meredith Francis ~Campus News Editor~ President Obama delivers State of the Union address President Barack Obama delivered his sixth State of the Union speech before Congress on Jan. 20. The President’s speech touched on various domestic and international issues, such as cyber security, climate change, economic growth and the conflict with ISIS. Obama devoted much of his speech to economic issues and encouraged Congress to adopt policies that would ease financial struggles of the middle class.
