By: Isabel Smith ~Staff Writer~ The Xavier men’s soccer team earned a spectacular road win against the Seton Hall Pirates. The team played its Big East Conference rivals on Oct. 11 at Owen T. Carroll Field on the Pirates’ home turf, South Orange, N.J. The Musketeers won 3-1, extending their unbeaten streak to six games. Xavier’s six-match unbeaten run is the team’s longest since its six-match win streak from Oct. 9 to Nov. 2 in the 2013 season. XU men’s soccer overthrows No. 9 Georgetown

By: Adam Tortelli Xavier men’s soccer recorded its biggest win as a new member of the Big East at home on Saturday. Redshirt junior midfielder Will Walker was able to sneak in two goals against the Georgetown Hoyas squad that entered the Saturday game ranked as No. 9 in the country. Georgetown opened the game netting a lower corner shot in the 31st minute.
