Tony Awards celebrate Broadway’s revival

By Alex Budzynski, Editor-in-Chief Thundering applause for bedazzling performances returned Sunday night at the 74th Tony Awards ceremony, honoring Broadway shows that opened pre-pandemic and celebrating the return of live theatre.    Moulin Rouge! The Musical won the coveted best musical crown and went home with a total of 10 awards. The show is a jukebox adaptation of Baz Luhrmann’s 2001 film about a Parisian love triangle. Broadway scandal revives #MeToo sentiment
