Xavier releases Clery crime statistics

By: Meredith Francis ~Campus News Editor~ As mandated by the Clery Act, Xavier recently released the crime statistics for on and around campus for 2013. The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, also known as the Campus Safety Act, is a federal law that requires all college campuses to disclose information relating to crimes that occur on and around campus. University publishes 2012 Jeanne Clery campus crime statistics

According to the law, all universities are required to report statistics to the community on and around the university’s campus.
