By: Jessica Griggs ~Staff Writer~ On the evening of April 12, the new student government met in the Conaton Board Room as Andrew Redd, Fare Olagbaju and Josh DeVincenzo (AFJ) were officially sworn in as student government president, legislative vice president and administrative vice president, respectively.The members of AFJ each received gavels after they recited their oaths and then delivered short speeches of thanks and motivation for their coming term, which runs from April 12 to Dec. 31. AFJ elected to SGA Execs

By: Andrew Koch ~Editor-in-Chief~ After another two-week campaigning season of thumping speakers on the Yard and brightly-colored T-shirts, students have elected a new trio of Student Government Association (SGA) executive officers. Sophomore Andrew Redd and juniors Fare Olagbaju and Josh DeVincenzo will be sworn in as the SGA President, Legislative Vice President and Administrative Vice President, respectively. SGA elections endorsement Each year, the Newswire conducts thorough interviews with all approved Student Government Association (SGA) executive tickets and subsequently releases an official endorsement of the ticket we believe is the most qualified.
