Lauren Hill, MSJ to play opener at sold-out Cintas

By: Andrew Koch ~Editor-in-Chief~ Lauren Hill, a freshman forward at Mount St. Joseph University (MSJ) diagnosed with terminal cancer, will play her first collegiate basketball game in front of a sold-out crowd at Cintas Center on Nov. 2. Hill, a 19-year-old native of nearby Lawrenceburg, Ind., was diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer late last year after committing to play basketball at MSJ. Despite extensive treatment, doctors estimated that she had less than a year to live. Muskie Madness excites eager fans at Cintas Center

As a staple event for Family Weekend, students and their families packed the arena with fellow Muskie fans alike to ignite their support for this year’s basketball season. Changes come to Cintas, athletics as new season approaches

By: Brendan Burris ~Staff Writer~ As the new Xavier basketball season begins, Musketeer fans are looking forward to a year filled with great victories, intense rivalries and so much more. However, during the offseason, Cintas Center staff was hard at work making some significant changes to the arena for the upcoming season. These are aimed at enhancing the overall fan experience.
