Michael Graham, S.J., commissioned 10 cross-functional teams (CFTs) to evaluate various aspects of the university’s operations in order to improve student learning and development. The teams, which Graham first announced in a letter to the Xavier community in July, are headed by an administrator and a faculty member and are composed of students, faculty and staff members.
