Golden Rule Week continues with additional events

By: Sarris Balcerzak ~Staff Writer~ The Center for Interfaith Community Engagement is hosting Golden Rule Week, which began on April 13 and will conclude on April 17 with Hug Day. “Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you,” is a concept echoed by 10 faith traditions. Annual retreat brings XU students together

By: Regina Wright ~Staff Writer~ Xavier’s Interfaith Community Engagement held its annual Interfaith Retreat. The retreat started on the evening of Nov. 14 and lasted until Nov. 15. The Interfaith Retreat was held at the Jesuit Spiritual Center in Milford, Ohio. The need for interfaith: Spirit Celebration ignores campus diversity

For the past three summers, I have dedicated myself to sleepless nights, sore limbs and satisfying interactions with some of the most wonderful people I know. To those who think that I’m conditioning for a Division I sport, the joke is on you. In truth, I am volunteering as a member of Manresa program. This program has shaped me in tremendous ways, one of which is spiritually.
