By: Gabe Costello ~Staff Columnist~ Chair of Xavier’s Art Department, Kelly Phelps, and his twin brother Kyle Phelps recently made headlines as they were selected to do commission work for Xavier’s fellow Jesuit institution, Saint Louis University (SLU).
