Men take gold, women take bronze in Big East Swimming

By: Jake Geiger, Staff Writer Xavier Swimming had outstanding performances this weekend at the Big East Championship, as the women finished third and the men won the team title for the third straight year, the sixth overall win in Xavier men’s swimming history. The women’s team capped the weekend with two third place finishes in the championship finals. XU swimming concludes regular season, prepares for Big East championship

By: Robbie Dzierzanowski, Staff Writer Xavier men’s and women’s swimming wrapped up a weekend tri-meet with Indiana State and Missouri State at the Vigo County Aquatic Center, grabbing 11 event wins over the two-day meet. Swim shines at Big East Championships

By: Jack Dunn ~Staff Writer~ The Xavier men and women’s swim teams finished third and fourth, respectively, in the Big East Championships at the Nassau County Aquatic Center in Long Island last week, winning seven events and setting 17 school records. The women’s team was returning a strong core group from its third place team from last year.
