Fey and Poehler host next Golden Globes

By: Alex Spindler The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA), the entertainment organization responsible for producing the Golden Globe Awards, recently announced that last year’s hosting duo Amy Poehler and Tina Fey will host the award ceremonies in 2014 and 2015. According to CNN, the quick decision to have the partnership host for the next two years is due to their high critical praise and attractiveness to TV viewers. Affleck to take on new Batman role

By: Grant Vance It has been recently announced that Ben Affleck has been cast as the new Batman, causing quite a stir among “The Dark Knight” trilogy and comic book fans alike. Considering Christopher Nolan’s critically acclaimed trilogy ended merely a year ago, it’s interesting to see an announcement so soon that Ben Affleck has already been cast for the role.
