The Big Deal

This week, the Student Activities Council (SAC) will be visiting the different residence halls and offering the chance for students to win big in raffles! During the week, they will visit Kuhlman, Buenger, Brockman, and Husman from 5-7 p.m., and Friday they will be in Fenwick from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Check SAC’s social media for more info!

Making the Bed

On Friday from 1-5 p.m. on the Xavier Yard, the Center for Interfaith and In the Loop are hosting an event to help create sleeping mats for the homeless. The process includes cutting plastic bags, looping them together, and crocheting it, but they will teach you everything! It will also have free milk and cookies, and a performance by Aca-Bellas.

XHaus Final Friday

The Center for Innovation is hosting a Final Friday Art Exhibit down at the XHaus in Over-the-Rhine. Stop by to see art created by Xavier Art Department students and help yourself to free refreshments.

Reds vs Cubs

This Friday the Cincinnati Reds face off against the Chicago Cubs at the Great American Ballpark. If you’re looking for something fun to do, you can never go wrong with a ball game. It’s a great way to end September and bring fall back to Cincy.
